When Forest City Ratner sought to build out medical spaces for their client NY Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, they retained our general contracting services. The hospitals 26,462-square-foot space at 38 Sixth Avenue is part of Greenland Forest City Partners’ six million square feet Pacific Park Brooklyn development.

The project encompassed a fit-out of four floors into state-of-the art medical spaces, physicians’ offices and a lobby.  The full floor medical suites were built for three different specialties, which were primary care, orthopedics and urology.  The work required meeting detailed specifications of NY Presbyterians for their medical spaces.

Extensive pre-planning and consistent communication with the client and the hospital was vital to the success of this project. The project was completed on time and within budget.
