The project was a renovation of the old Wallach Gallery located on the 8th level of the Schermerhorn building into the Burke Center for Japanese Art. The old gallery space was converted to a large classroom, seminar room, enclosed offices, open workspaces and executive suites. The project also included new HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and state-of-the-art tele-data wiring to accommodate the new layout.
